I really miss my pamangkins so much - or the gremlins as my sister calls them. =)
Though their visit was short, i'm glad they had the chance to drop by our home in dama.

Something Old...

I found a CD inside my drawer and to my surprise, it was the compilation of pics from our outings, gimmicks, parties, etc! Hahaha. Nice to reminisce the old times... Anyway, just would love to share it. For starters, our summer getaways!

2006 Outing - OCEANA Beach Resort, Puerto Galera
I really don't recall how I came about this place. But I'm glad I did! Though the beach wasn't that great, FOOD was amazing! We were always looking forward for that bell to ring! (It means food is ready and we can eat!) Our package includes buffet lunch, dinner and breakfast. It's an all-you-can-eat-and-drink meals! Fruit shakes, mais-con-yelo, inihaws, tapa - yumyum! Always ready for refills!

There is a swimming pool and other activities such as billiards, darts, table tennis and volleyball.
Others were able to go to the White Beach. Also, my boss was able to go diving.
We really enjoyed this one... especially the guys! (They were really well fed!)

Something Recent...

Had a get-together at LaMesa Grill @ SM MOA with my berks last tuesday! Really had FUN! Glad that we'd remained friends after all these years.

Evil Step Sisters

I really miss my evil step sisters! Fortunately, i got the chance to chat with them this weekend. =)
I sure miss the morning chats, panglalait (hehehe), gimmicks, outings we had before. I hope I get too see them soon!

Summer Outing @ Eagle Point, 16-17 May 2009

At last! After two years of not having summer outings, Bhel was able to organize one for our department (thanks bhel!). It wasn't easy though! Finding the venue, finalizing head count, finding means of transpo... crazy.

Getting There.

Though it took us 5 hours to get there, it was worth it! Travel time is suppose to be at least 2 1/2 hours. Coincidentally, it was the bauan town fiesta celebration so we had to take re-route. (warning: do not sched your outing on the 3rd week of May!) Also, my advice: Read signs! hahaha. Signs to eagle point were a little small.

What can I say? The place was great, rooms were big (can accommodate 4, though the whole group stayed together in one room for bonding time), bathroom was huge and the best part -- FOOD -- yummy!

SEPOC beach

Included in our package was a trip to SEPOC beach, also owned by Eagle Point.

We had our breakfast there (hmm.. the bacon and egg! yumyum!). After bfast, we headed to the beach for snorkling. I don't do snorkling but seeing the clear waters, I gave it a try! Just a few steps from the seashore there were colorful fishes already. My officemates found nemo (hahaha!) -- a family of clown fish. One found a seahorse.

All in all, our money spent was worth it. More so, we had tons of fun!

Though life gets tough at times... I am still grateful for the many blessings I receive.
